It is easy to make an appointment for your initial examination and dental treatments with Natural Smile Dentistry. Simply call 214-618-6250and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you. If you schedule an appointment and something comes up, please call and cancel 24 hours in advance so that we can accommodate other patient requests.
Your First Visit to Our Office

Your First Visit to Our Office

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be performed the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
  • Your referral slip and any x-rays (if applicable)
  • Completed New Patient Forms
  • A list of your current medications
  • If you have medical or dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit.

Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.

X-Rays
If you are transferring from another dental office and have x-rays 6 months to 1Yr old, you may request that they forward them to our office via email. The X-rays must be diagnostic and cannot be printed on paper. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional films are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.
Initial Examination

Initial Examination

Your initial dental exam will take around one hour. The expert staff at Natural Smile Dentistry will ask you questions, get to know your oral hygiene routine, and listen to your health concerns. We believe in educating patients and empowering them to make good choices to improve their oral health. We will demonstrate how to properly care for your teeth and make additional suggestions as needed. Dr. Mainker will complete your examination and make recommendations for proposed dental cleaning and treatments.
Pain Concerns

Pain Concerns

We work to ensure our patients feel comfortable, and that includes minimizing their pain as much as possible. If you are undergoing a dental procedure, Priya Mainker, DMD will meet with you to discuss your pain tolerance and create a plan for pain management. Working together, we will treat your dental health problems in a way that minimizes pain and enables you to get back to your life faster.
Dental Insurance

Dental Insurance

Your dental plan is a form of compensation provided by your employer. We are In- Network with most of the Dental PPOs. We estimate patient treatment cost based on the information provided by your insurance company. The Patient copays are determined by the contract between your employer and the insurance company. The higher the premium paid by your company, the more generous the Insurance copays/ reimbursement. Please be aware that the patient is responsible for any balances after the claim processing and Insurance payments.

We are In-Network with most Dental PPOs, for more details and list of Insurances please contact the office. As a courtesy to our patients, we will help you process your insurance claims in order for you to receive this maximum benefit. We will also gladly provide dental x-rays and a written diagnostic report should your insurance company have any questions about the services provided.

At all times, you can be confident that we will always provide you with our best services without regard to the limitations imposed by your insurance coverage. To do otherwise would violate our contract with you — a contract we feel morally obliged to honor.
Financial Policy

Financial Policy

For your convenience we accept Visa and MasterCard. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Plano Office Phone Number 214-618-6250. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings. We reserve the right to charge for Appointment No-shows and Less than 24-48 hour notice Appointment Cancellations or Rescheduling.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be accomplished prior to the actual procedure.
